Handmade Products

Every ARTSTRYCRAFTSTRY creation is handmade and hand-finished. Since each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in size, shape, colour, texture, brushstrokes, stitching, or finish are natural and make every product one of a kind. These variations are part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and device displays.

Product Care

Our products are handcrafted using materials such as air-dry clay, acrylic paints, varnish, yarn, paper, wood, and other craft materials.

To help your handmade pieces last longer:

  • Handle all products with care.

  • Avoid dropping or applying excessive force.

  • Keep clay products away from prolonged exposure to water unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

  • Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture.

  • Store products in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Custom & Personalised Orders

We love creating personalised gifts and custom handmade pieces.

Please note:

  • A partial or full advance payment may be required before production begins.

  • Once production has started, custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Since every item is handmade, slight variations from reference images or digital mock-ups are to be expected.

  • Production timelines for custom and bulk orders will be shared before order confirmation.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateway providers. We do not store your payment information.
